I offer tailored yoga classes designed to support recovery from injury while promoting sustainable, mindful movement. My focus is on creating a warm, nurturing and playful environment where you can explore movement tailored for recovery, regain strength and mobility, and find comfort in both gentle & restorative as well as strength building practices. Let’s work together to help you rebuild a stronger, more balanced life, step by step! Oh and let’s have a little fun along the way!!
