Intro to Flow
You’ll need at least one block for this practice - ideally 2 if you have them. We start on our backs inviting in some awareness to our breath, before exploring a kneeling flow sequence of low lunge, half spilts, kneeling side angle to warrior 2 before kneeling triangle. Then in the second flow there is the option to discover these shapes standing. There is only a moment in downward facing dog, no planks, chatarungas or sun salutations. Have fun!
