Hi, I’m Caty—yoga teacher, movement nerd, and seasoned injury-recoverer.

If you’re feeling stuck on the sidelines, frustrated by pain, or disconnected from your body, you’re not alone—and you’re exactly where you need to be.

My specialty? Helping people return to movement after injury with a blend of playful, science-backed yoga, creative props, breathwork, and honest, “no-judgment” support. I’m all about making the recovery journey less lonely, less intimidating, and way more empowering.

I get it—injuries can turn your routine upside down, chip away at your confidence, and make your body feel like a stranger. I’ve been through it (many, many times!), so I know how tempting it is to push through or give up entirely. But I also know what actually works for healing: patience, kindness, and building trust with your body again.

Through years of trial, error, and (let’s be honest) plenty of frustration, I’ve learned that most recovery programs miss something big: the importance of your nervous system. That’s why my approach weaves in breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling—giving your mind and body a real chance to reconnect and heal.
